📝 Lot Dekho — Terms of Purchase

🌐 General Overview

At Lot Dekho, we specialize in the liquidation of lots through manual transactions. Our website serves purely as a showcase platform for available inventory.

Placing an order request does not confirm ownership of the lot — it only means we have received your interest.
Once you submit a request, our team will reach out to you directly for stock confirmation, payment instructions, and delivery/pickup discussions.

Inventory is sold on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. Stock availability may change rapidly — we advise placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

💰 Pricing Details

• Prices shown on the website are GST inclusive, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Logistics and handling fees are calculated separately and shared after order confirmation.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

• Once you confirm your order with our team, the lot is considered locked and committed for you.
• Backing out after confirmation may lead to penalties or future restriction from purchases.
• Lot Dekho reserves the right to cancel any order or part of an order, at our discretion.
  If an order is cancelled on our side, we will inform you promptly via phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS and any amount already paid will be refunded within 24 hours.

💳 Payment Guidelines

• After confirming your interest and receiving approval, an initial payment of 50% of the total lot value must be completed within 24 hours.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable within 2 days from the date we notify you for the final payment.

If payment deadlines are missed:

• Failure to pay the first 50% deposit within the window results in order cancellation.
• If the remaining 50% is unpaid after 2 days, 5% of the total lot amount will be withheld as a cancellation fee and the balance, if any, will be refunded.

🚚 Collection, Storage & Penalties

• Once the full payment is complete, collection details will be shared with you.
• Buyers must collect lots within the timeline provided.
• If delays occur, a 3-day grace period will be allowed, subject to additional storage and handling charges.
• If the goods are not collected within this time, the order will be cancelled and 5% of the total lot price will be retained as a cancellation fee.

📦 Product Condition Grades

🚛 Shipping & Logistics

• Following payment, an invoice and pick-up instructions will be issued.
• All transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility and must be settled separately.
• Claims for any shortages are accepted only at the time of self-pickup.
• For deliveries arranged via third-party couriers, no claims will be accepted once the lot has left our premises.

📝 Claims Process

For self-pickup:

1. Buyers are expected to inspect the shipment during pickup.
2. If any items are missing, discrepancies must be recorded on the collection invoice and acknowledged by a Lot Dekho representative on-site.
3. The signed invoice must be emailed to support@lotdekho.com before leaving the pickup location.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days.

⚠️ Stock Disclaimer

Lots listed on our website are available until sold. Submitting a request does not lock or reserve the lot for you until confirmed directly by our team. As inventory moves quickly, early action is encouraged.
